When I returned from the test drive, he disappeared, and I had to ask two other salespeople where he was. Moreover, I requested to test drive three cars, but he only allowed me to drive one. He suggested that I should look for cars in a lower price range, which was completely uncalled for. To start with, he made assumptions about my financial situation without even knowing the facts. I had the misfortune of dealing with Brandon Holly, one of the salesmen, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand it was allot of work but I received no updates, and it was obvious since I left my car, it was going to be the last finished.I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the dealership last Saturday. Had to stand around for ten minute while service rep assisted a young female, which involved walking her out to her vehicle. Arrived and they were what appeared to be just finishing with my car. At 5:30 PM had heard nothing from service department and knowing they closed at 6 I drove back to see what was going on. Service was for the recall, oil change, front brakes, and alignment. Can’t wait to see how long this will take and if I can expect the same lack of customer service I got last time!Nothing has changed! dropped my car off at 10 and went home. Left a voice mail and guess what? No call back! Now I just got a recall notice for my car and will be seeing these people again at the end of the month. So I did wanting to talk about my experience with the service manager at the dealership. Or was it I did not buy my car at this dealership? Service rep finally came out 15 minutes ago to tell me five more minutes.So after I posted this I received a call from a manager asking me to give him a call. Got a run around for new tires, evidently the ones I chose had been spoken for. I will never bring my car back to this place she just passed 40,000 miles on this car that is nothing.Īppointment at 2, arrived early. I asked what the 7:45 appointment was for and he said oh to meet with a service advisor. So we are past that I call at 4 pm and am told they are waiting to have a tech look at her car. I asked him why the website says they do and the confirmation says she should have one. My daugbter goes to drop off her car and there is no loaner, then the person We are talking to says they dont do loaners. The reservation was confirmed and said loaner yesterday I received a confirmation email that still showed a loaner. Then later it goes off and the AC works again.I set up an appointment for this morning for 7:45 AM and the appointments page asked me if I needed a rental. It gives a code that says the AC controller cant speak to the computer. My daughters Hyundai has a check engine light keeps going on and the AC goes out. Your results may vary but mine have been horrendous today. But truly one of the best parts of this experience was that she listened to my concerns and stayed within my budget! No pressure or haggling! Denise really made this experience super easy and I had a great time talking with her! Ive definitely been converted, and Im proud to be part of the Checkered Flag family now! If youre in the market and looking for a new car, this is the place and Denise is your girl!! This was my first time buying a car from Checkered Flag Hyundai World and it did not disappoint! The environment was very welcoming and everyone on staff was awesome! No matter what youre being seen for, whether its your car being serviced, or buying a new vehicle youre treated like family! I had the pleasure working with Denise Polinchock and she was amazing!! She was able to find the exact model and color of car that I had been looking for, with all the features I wanted included! Plus, she was very attentive in communicating with me every step of the way with all of my car updates.
